Hey Carl it is fairly close isn't it! It is quite a nice little place. After living here my entire life, I still find it funny how at around 4:30-5ish the curbs get rolled up as everything closes haha. Gotta love country towns
Never really get to go through Mt Torrens much, If I head that direction on the bike to Adelaide I will usually go Chain of Ponds or Gorge Rd way and If I head to the river area that way always go past it but never actually go through lol.

Thanked: 375Morty, my wife has a damaged vestibular system too and is on sleep meds. hers stemmed from P.O.T.S though. They think P.O.T.S is caused by childbirth, surgry, or rapid weight loss. Which she happened to hit on all three within the past three years. So I'm going to check into this earthing thing, maybe she'll be interested, I'd try almost anything to get her 100% back.
Anywho, to answer the initial question how much sleep do I average.....well I work 12 hour rotating shifts, so my eyes are generally closed for 8 hours or less wether I'm getting any good sleep remains to be seen. I have an 8 and 3 yr old who generally don't get it that dad is sleeping during the day, and then you have mom who yells "be quiet your dad is sleeping" which always cracks me up at that point I'm not sure who is worse.
I'm usually going to bed at either 12 midnight or 12 noon when I'm working and getting up at 8pm or 8am.

I usually get between 5 and 6 hours, that goes for weekends high days and holidays, that's my body clock don't think it can be adjusted after 53 years, but I can get by with that amount of sleep I don't seem to need more.

I generally get 5-6 during the week. On weekends, I can stretch that out to a definite 6 and sometimes even a truly luxurious 7-8.
