Here we go
OK it's a couple days before the election so who do you think will win?
No nasty comments here to either side just who do you think will win and if you want to put a comment in just a brief why.No matter how many men you kill you can't kill your successor-Emperor Nero

I'm voting for Romney because we (we as a country) all hoped for a change that did not happen in the last four years and probably will not with a second term, so it is time for a change. Interesting that at this time 6 other members have voted that Obama will win, but yet I'm the first to vote for Romney and post a response to Nelson's thread giving a comment as to why.
edit. I also believe this election will be so extremely close that the Supreme Court will probably get involved ala Bush/Gore.Last edited by ReardenSteel; 11-05-2012 at 01:20 AM.

I think Obama will win. Romney is just altogether too inconsistent and too far removed from the reality that is anyone without a net worth of a million bucks min. - it'll be a "the devil you know kind of win."

I think that Mr. Obama will be re-elected and that it will be close, although perhaps not as close as some polls would have us believe. It should make for interesting viewing Tuesday night!
BTW, as an outsider (i.e. non-Unitedstatesian) I'm interested to hear *why* folks think what they think about the coming election. Our countries and cultures are so similar in many ways, and yet so very different in others. I find the whole thing fascinating.
EDIT: Option three in the poll made me think of this... I heard on the radio that if it were an electoral college tie, you could end up with President Romney and Vice-President Biden. Is that correct? If I live another 4 decades, I may one day figure out the electoral college system!Last edited by Cangooner; 11-05-2012 at 01:36 AM.
It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Thanked: 13249I think that who wins will be sadly determined by the approximately 10% of the voting block that stands for no real issues, and is going to vote for the side that promises them the most from the public coookie jar... This election is so polarized that I doubt there will be any cross party voting like 2004..
