What? No Two Ronnies, Dave Allen Show, or Dad's Army in there? If you're gonna show your age Jimmy, show it well!

The Fawlty Towers episode, "The Germans", still ranks as my favorite episode of any tv show ever.

An example of my personal favourite sketch series from The Harry and Paul Show: I saw you coming.

And my personal favourite: It is 5 minutes, but there is not a wasted second in this sketch, not one. Awesome.

My favorite Two Ronnies sketch, 'Fork Handles':

Ronnie Barker also has the starring role in 'Porridge', a great 70s sitcom.

American humor ain't to bad either, I love that show Bored to Death extremely funny very well written great characters. I'm a little surprised at our American friends liking so many of our shows, I didn't really think you understood our eccentric mad cap humor, i would like to reiterate what Tom had to say about Mrs Browns Boys that's one side splitting show, I can't believe they actually film it live brilliant.

I'm not much into TV these days, but here's few British series i've used to watch. Well, some of them were so long ago that even Jimmy has to remember

Fitz, Poirot, Lovejoy, Men behaving badly, Saint, Robin of Sherwood, Sapphire & Steel (damn that was long ago), Jeeves, Benny Hill, Royle family, Auf Wiedersen pet, Holmes and of course not the 9 o'clock news and Monty Python.

Of course they make great series outside UK also. Horst Schimanski (Germany) was probably the greatest crime serie ever. He made Bruce Willis and Sylvester Stallone look like crying little lambs
Other good European crime series i've enjoyed are Bella Bloch (Germany), Wallander (Sweden), Il Marsigliesi and Montalbano (Italy) and Raid (Finland).
Not to talk about US series. Too many to mention here. Twin Peaks was the best, imho.
