Thanked: 41Re: NASA To Make Major Mars Discovery Next Month
The scientists are actually being very responsible with this. I caught the head NASA science guy on NPR yesterday and he said they have some "Earth shattering" news but want to run and rerun the test to be sure they are right. As much as it sucks to wait, I respect them for wanting to do everything they can to avoid putting out false discoveries.
I take this as they found extremely hard evidence of past (or even present) life. But who knows. Will be eagerly waiting.

Re: NASA To Make Major Mars Discovery Next Month
I'm sorry, but doesn't everyone know that when talking Mars and saying "earth shattering " the next word must be "kaboom!"???
Seriously, though, I'm hoping it's something substantial and substantiated

Thanked: 1587I think it is literal - there's a guy on the NASA payroll called Major Discovery who they will reveal next month.
