It's kind of funny when you have a gun and know you can take a life in mere seconds, you tend to - or should tend to, think more clearly about escalations and how you will be perceived. When you don't, flying off the cuff is "acceptable" because you feel you pose little to no real threat.

Kind of like debating gun rights on a forum. We can all get excited and blow off steam to people we don't know because we are powerless...
