    Default "Dermaplaning"

    I just read this article:

Should Women Shave Their Faces? | Beauty on Shine - Yahoo! Shine

Should Women Shave Their Faces? | Beauty on Shine - Yahoo! Shine

It tells women to basically go to a doctor and start getting their faces shaved with a straight razor from the doc... apparently we are all "dermaplaning" to keep ourselves looking young!

I thought the article might drum up some interesting conversation here!

I like the comments its getting. Honestly... couldn't they just lather with a badger or more likely a boar and then wash? I mean a boar could be d@mn good at exfoliating.

Lately it seems like every thread where women are mentioned attracts moronic comments that one would expect from hormonal teenagers instead of adults. I deleted the first one already, and I kindly ask that I won't have to delete a second.

I don't see why people would need to be crass about this topic. I just try to add beneficial talking points.

I think this is absolutely brilliant and another arrow in our collective quiver when explaining what we do. If your usual explanations for this odd obsession we share are greeted with blank stares (as we all know can happen), we can now whip out the "benefits of dermaplaning" argument as well.

    Fantastic!

It was in original condition, faded red, well-worn, but nice.
This was and still is my favorite combination; beautiful, original, and worn.

Certainly not the intent of my original post. I was thinking much more in line with Cangooner! Look, even the professionals are using this technique! Now that I look deeper I see this site has discussed this topic before I was a member!
