Never even heard about it. I had to check from IMDB. Surely i would like it.
I'm not much after TV, i rather like to get the series i like from dvd. Jeeves, Lovejoy, Rome, Bloch, Schimanski.
Howvers, my wife got hooked after 'songs of fire and ice' so i had to watch them with her. It has been ok this far, although i've enjoyed more with the books (i've read 5 this far).

The thing I like most about Serenety/Firefly besides everything...it's believability. Their were no wierd aliens. Reavers were humans. it was all about humanity and human issues and such.

A purple belly is the Alliance........Sworn enemy of the Browncoat rebellion. They all wore the same color grey with purple tinted armor. You don't want to be Alliance...........do ya ??
