I suddenly got two offers to buy ammo in bulk. One from my local gun club, and one from some friends in the IPSC game. :y
So I'll get my share. :D

I've been to five different places this weekend, including two WalFarts. Only snagged one box of 22 magnum to show for it-everybody's cleaned out.
Found some 38 & 357, bought $100 worth. Found some cci minimags for $11.00. Thought about it and just walked away, I will be darned if I pay silly prices for .22 shells!
Wally World last night... A BIG FATT ZERO! again...
Found a brick of 500 CCI 22LR for 39.95. I just couldnt fork over the cash
Wallmart today, some 9mm, and assorted rifle ammo. Mostly 30-30 or varmint calibers, 22-250, 243 ..... all the shotgun shells you want. Other than that nada.
:OT
Talking about prices ...... My buddy is thinking of selling his 2003 dodge camper van and buying a small late model or even new car. He picked up a copy of consumer reports 2013, best and worst new and used cars. So I'm browsing through it , thinking I might get shed of my 2001 Ford E-250 cargo van. Been driving it with no problems since it was new.
Starting price for an entry level no frills automobile was $25,000. Want some frills, $30,000 and climbing to the 40s and up. Stuff like a Cadillac ....... luxury cars were getting into insane prices for an automobile. I mean when we are talking buying a car ..... a car for $70,000 ?
So I skipped to the used cars .......started at $10,000 ! :gaah: Used to buy a car running for a hundred bucks back in the '60s. Maybe $500 in the '70s. I am keeping my van until either me or it gives up the ghost. :boohoo:
