Thanked: 150Just because they say you are "salary" does not necessarily mean that they are not required to pay you overtime. Your profession must be an "exempt" profession for them to avoid overtime payment.

I'm a composer and freelance cultural management and programming consultant.
I've got a masters degree in artistic studies and a post-graduate in european law.
Because of the past extravagances of my government that have effectively sunk the Portuguese economy, I'm a 27 year old highly prepared and qualified individual with virtualy no experience that is unable to find a job... But it could be worse: I could be shot in the back of the head by a sniper!
