Thanked: 116Thanks for all your support guys and all your advice is very much appreciated! The news hit this morning and is all over the province/country. They're not releasing much information yet but over the next few days we'll probably hear more.
This morning I found out the the guy I was driving with actually used to fix the victims bike when he was younger so this really hit closer to home than we first expected.

God put you there for a reason.
To comfort the girl in her time of need or to remind you that life is precious.
For whatever reason it was HIS plan and now maybe your words will save another persons life.
I am sorry for the families loss and I am sorry you had to be the one that was there and had to deliver the bad news.
Just know that you were meant to be there and TRUST that there was a reason.

I've been in a sort of a similar thing before.
You will never forget it, but in time you will learn to live in harmony with the sad memory.
You did the best you can and that is most important. Someone else might have not have the strength and understanding of doing what is right.
Take care.Last edited by Sailor; 03-07-2013 at 10:27 PM.
