Thanked: 1185Doin' the Happy Dance
I'm all caught up in school and will be enjoying my first nothing to do weekend this year. Half way through my first semester of grad school I seem to be holding my own with a 99 in one class and a 96 in the other. Tomorrow and Sunday, I doubt I'll bust a grape but it will be absolutely wonderful to just chill for a couple days. I've been running full blast for way longer than any 29 year old man
ought to.
I think I may have found the groove. Bust your butt through the week and rest on the weekend. If nothing else I'm a gentleman of leisure for the next 48 hours. As they say in the South, "Yee Ha!"The older I get, the better I was

Congratulations! A better motto to live by is "Bust your butt during the semester so you can relax when it comes to the final." I remember years ago listening to some fellow students before a final exam conversing on what they needed to score to get whatever grade in the course, I laughed to myself thinking, "I can walk in, put my name on the exam, walk out and I still get an "A" for the class. What the hell have they been doing all semester?" Works like a charm if you're willing to put in the effort, enjoy the weekend!
