Been running for the last year or so!! (I say running it's more of a jog ) I try to run around 3 times a week anywhere from 4 to 6 miles a run. I am slow. My nike running app is about to hit 300 miles and my average is 9.07 per mile. Winter has sucked and I haven't ran as much as I would like but it's starting to warm up.

I much prefer running in the winter, I find it easier when it is cold. when its cold you can warm up but when its hot you just warm up more lol. I think 9:07/mile is a good pace.

Man, I wish I could find a bike seat that is actually comfortable. I've tried quite a few different ones from skinny hard seats to wide gel seats. All seats seam to be murder on me. They all seem to require that all my body weight from the glutes upward rest on my inner pelvic bones. My glutes don't get sore, it's deeper than that and much more tender and painful; it's like the bones get bruised. I've joked that I think the ideal bike seat for me would be a large metal tractor seat. I don't know how you guys do it.

i was uncomfortable at first but i just got used to it, a pair of padded shorts seems to help a bit as well
