    Default Any runners?

Yeah i know, Why the hell would anyone want to do that? I was made to run when i was in the military and learned to love it. I ran my first half marathon last Nov in 2:16. After a 2 month hiatus b/c of the cold im starting back up. Anyone else?

I do enjoy running, when you first start it sucks but once you get past that it is a great stress reliever. I don't do marathons but I do get in a run every morning to start my day.

I run less often than I used to. In fact, I intended to be running right now. Instead, I'm on this forum...

I run the sprint relays; I carry a can of diet Dr. Pepper from the refrigerator, to the Samsung 48" LED, to the computer for SRP, to the bathroom, then back to the refrigerator. I run this relay at least 4 times a day.

I used to be one at collegiate level. I started because I had an innate ability, but stopped doing it at competitive level because I started too late. It seems that for every sport that I practice, time is against me. I started cycling about 3 years ago and after one practice my friend's coach told me "had you discovered cycling 5 years ago". Now I run and cycle more for the masochist aspect of it, every years I want to do a longer ride than last year, and I want to run more than last year. Now both running and cycling are time consuming so I am going for not only quantity, but quality, by keeping a good balance of distance and altitude gain.

I do love to run, and as often as I possibly can.
For years now, I have been running four to six times a week.
My current form is decent, but always looking for better performance.
At present, I run a 10K in about 38 minutes, a half marathon in an hour and a half, and the full marathon in around 3 hours +

    Fantasic records Birnando!!

I am a runner my self. I run (all year round) 3-4 times per week (25-30km) and much more before races. My marathon PB is 4:29 (Athens Classic Marathon -which is quite tough), half marathon 1:50 and 10km 50'.
During the last year I really enjoy mountain running!
