It's a great learning tool; windows of opportunity open up in all situations, good & bad.
Being able to spot the open window & taking advantage of it, can mean staying alive or getting a promotion.
I remind my son regularly, that no matter how bad the situation seems, keep alert & watch for that window of opportunity.

I would like to see that person walk into a Burger King in Newark, they have thicker bullet proof glass then most banks:-)))

Thanked: 1587A licence to carry a conceled wombat is quite difficult to obtain down here. More likely they'd have a drop bear in those situations - llighter and pack a bigger punch...
I did a little searching and according to the article I read the weapon wasn't loaded which may be the reason (besides just being dumb) that the robber was so blase about putting it on the counter...?

You've got to give credit to Customer #2 for tossing the gun back over the counter after the clerk brings it to the fight scene and drops it within reach of the would-be bandito who is still struggling on the floor.
