    The wife was in the middle of a Sopranos marathon this past week


    We also lost best selling author Vince Flynn today

    both were way too young

    I'm not sure if it is the movie that led to his being cast as Tony Soprano, but I'd bet that it was. Check out his earlier role in "True Romance." This was written by Quentin Tarintino but produced and directed by one of the large studios. It was the film that bankrolled Tarintino's own produced and directed "Reservoir Dogs." Gandolfini played a mob hit man in True Romance.

    He was great in "True Romance", one of my all time favourites.

    Ditto-I loved his part in True Romance. I don't guess he got whacked in a diner over in Rome, did he? (Kidding-RIP James).
