One time my older cousin was telling me a story about how when she opened up a file at her work she saw the name, Gluteus Maximus. No joke, this is a 100% true story.

My youngest daughter's name(s) were chosen by my wife. She named here after both grandmothers and her great grandmother. She wanted the 3 first names and the last on the birth certificate. The first names were quite long.
About 2 months after her birth I received a phone call from Social Security say the wanted us to chg the first names. "They wouldn't fit on the card"! I said NO! And off the top of my head I said it was "a religious thing" (it wasn't). They say "Oh, Ok"
We later received the card and it was typed on a manual typewriter with the names extending to the very ends of the card!

Yes, I know about this. I have a girl's first name. On forums and things I usually go by my middle name so everyone doesn't get confused. These days I don't care, but I spent many years wishing I was called John or something.
