It is always a pleasure to view your work Grant. You have produced a fine work of art. Love the slant/angles of the blade with the same in the scales. Did you anneal the file first? Or work it with the given hardness? The finish of the blade and scales flawless!! Well done

Thanked: 1072Thanks guys. Yep I annealed the steel before doing any work on it. The softened steel is much easier to work with, making drilling the pin hole a piece of cake.
After the shaping and most of the grinding, it gets re-hardened.
Cheers mate. That grinder attachment made life SO much easier on this one.
