Cool Just some fun stuff heading North to Alaska

Finished these three up over the weekend all three were done to a Satin Glow Finish by request also

    George Wostenholm IXL x 2

Both in Silver Twill G-10 by request I used Black Linen Micarta for the wedges and NiAg pins with SS washers stacked on the outside.. The internal bearing washers are solid brass..

The Bigger one is a full 9/8+ the "Smaller" one is 7/8 sounds funny when you call a 7/8 razor small

The silver-twill G10 is a perfect match for those blades, and for their finish. All show beautiful workmanship. I'm especially jealous of the 7/8", and am doubly (triply?) envious of all, heading "North, to Alaska"...

    Thanks for posting!

I'm always amazed how you take something old and make it look better and more interesting than new.

You have given these straights a new lease on life Glen. Your work always sets the standards for others to follow.

As was said, the satin really goes great with the scales. Nice!
