Thread: first single bevel razor

as for the finish its jsut an A45 grit belt finish (helps to keep grinds nice and sharp by not over buffing the handle
i am planning on making 3 more 2 with double bevel and one more single bevel 2 of them will be B52 carbon steel and the other XHP. the 2 carbon ones will be 7/8s give or take a little and the XHP will be about 5-6/8 sized

Absolutely beautiful! Love the mokume gane, and the gold wash screws are a nice and very appropriate touch.

What a wonderful looking razor, and the tri-colour scales, surely you must make a custom glass display stand for such a desirable object, now I don't want to anyway judge one custom knife maker against one another, but in my minds eye that's how I've always imagined what a straight razor would look like if made by William Henry.
