    Default Ontario Cutlery custom restore

The plan for this razor was to restore the blade and use the original scales for it, but they were too distorted for the blade to fir in, so I made a new set of very cool looking pearl acrylic with overlay transfer. The acrylic has a very 3D pattern that is hard to catch on pics, I tried. The razor is pinned with NiAg rod and SS washers.

All came together well Stefan. I bet the scales will be a hit with the owner.

The blade on the buffer, the scales completely by hand.

Very nice! Great job on the overlays, that must have been a PITA to fit!

Real PITA Pierre, you can't will the bolsters to the scales , the scales have to fit the bolsters, not a fun experience.
