Default Wade & Butcher brought back to life

I have a Wade & Butcher I bought for the scales only, the blade was rusted up like that one. One day I thought about cleaning the blade up, so I did & although it had some minor pitting left on it, it turned out good. I had another pair of scales I wasn't using so I put it in them & it fit. A friend of mine who is into straight razors came over & asked if he could hone it for me, so I gave it to him to hone. A couple days later he sent me a text of the blade popping a hair. He shaved with it & said it was one of the best shaves he ever had so he brought it back to me & it being a wedge, was shining like a mirror where he honed it. I shaved with it & it has been in my rotation now & it gives one of the best shaves out of all my razors, I love it!
What a wonderful thing you did & it reminds me of mine, the condition it was in before. You did a great job, well done!
