D&G Holy Sheffield
I picked up this razor the other day and made a light restoration. It only needed light sanding and polishing.
It's a fine razor thou a little small. 4/8.
I've tried to find info on the razor, but it seems difficult.
Can anybody share some insight?

Looks like a nice 4/8 to me. Has it got a name to go with it ? Or is it D&G ?

Only D&G Holy I'm afraid. On the back is a cross in a circle. The scales are made of horn. There was nothing on the blade, so I really don't know anymore.
I have never seen one like it. I searched for the name and it seems there was a family in Sheffield dealing with silver, where one of the brothers started making razors around 1850. That is all I've found out. :-)
