To create such a profile you need at least two different contact wheel sizes. The more different sizes, the thiner the final grind can be made.
I started with a 20cm Wheel and made a grind to nearly zero at the edge. It is important to have a perfect grind at this point, any mistake will make the rest much more difficult.
Next is a 10cm wheel with a hard coating that is very aggressive. With this one i grind till i nearly reach the edge. Then i change to a soft 10cm wheel an grind the rest exactly till i reach the edge. The blade is now hollow ground but hasnt the belly yet.
To achieve this i change to a 5cm wheel. I start grinding at the spine and often change the side to get it symmetrical. This needs to be done till both grinds nearly match in the middle of the blade.
I hope this is quite understandable ;-)
