    Overall good condition but that nice original scales where cracked. I decided that i want to save them. They're glued and wet sanded with super glue to fill in missing bits. And it worked, celluloid dust mixed with super glue made a putty

    That is a stunning restore! Keeping the etch intact and yet removing most of the dark spots on it seems tough, how did you do that?

    Actually nothing, i haven't touch it. Just cover it with tape to protect when polishing the blade.

    Hmm, trick of the light, I guess. I would swear it looked less, such as the spot just left of the decorations!
