Default KISS on a Wostenholm EBRO

These are the before pics of a nice Wosty EBRO 6/8+ that was hidden under some corrosion and broken Ivory scales...
The front scale was DOA as you can see, and I didn't have one on the bench to match, I had a set of Vintage Ivory that were close, but they were from of an older style razor, so the fit was just off enough to make it look wrong..

Steve opted for a Vintage set of Faux Ivory that I cleaned up and they fit like a glove After we had the scales sorted out, I took the steel to the buffers and brought it back to a near perfect Satin Glow finish...

I used all Brass hardware to hold it all together

Now look really close and see if you can spot the oddity on this razor I am trying to remember if I have seen one this way in the past, and it seems to me I have..
It all came together for a nice Vintage restore...

Honing = Chosera 1-5-10, Select Grade Coticule finish

    Thanks For looking

Ah hah! Looks much better than the earlier pictures
Seriously though looks great. I like the finish on the blade. Seems to match well with the scales and pins. I often forget that there's an artistic side this stuff

Thanks for posting this razor. Superb as usual.

Is the oddity related to the spine?
