    Default Razor ID ?

    I just restored this piece but I'm not sure of the Mfgr. Is the FR in the diamond Fredrick Reynolds. I've looked up cutlery marks and couldn't find this one. I do have other razors by various makers which are stamped " Chinese Razor" and other such things but I'm at a loss for the maker and the significance of these marks.
    Any clues or guesses?
