Razor ID ?
I just restored this piece but I'm not sure of the Mfgr. Is the FR in the diamond Fredrick Reynolds. I've looked up cutlery marks and couldn't find this one. I do have other razors by various makers which are stamped " Chinese Razor" and other such things but I'm at a loss for the maker and the significance of these marks.
Any clues or guesses?

Looks like a Japanese frameback razor, as far as the maker no clue!

The top is a piece of horn and the bottom is wood. Just stuff that was handy and clean looking. Could easily have been all wood though with poly on it over black paint.
