    Default King Mona Mystery...or not?

    So, I thought my Mona was hokey lookin so my buddy souschef gave her a pretty face lift (check out the previous pics in this thread). Tonight I found this, the only other King Mona I've ever seen. Maybe they came this way, with the uneven scale pattern?

    At least those scales fit the blade better.
