    The scales are a little bigger but they don't feel massive. I know the standard Satinedge brass would never work. I did some test looking because I really wanted to go there. I have noticed the 8/8 Goldedges have the same shape scales and the name just cut off the bolster brass. Just saw a NOS 1 go by.

    Grabbed a comparison shot for ya to gander at .

    Normal 6/8 scales on the bottom. I have a 7/8 Goldedge with the small scales style but larger also. I am just now realizing how many differences there are in Ducks that LOOK exactly the same.
