i saw something with a similar idea many years ago from China. designed to safely and easily shave heads 100 years or so ago. Your one has a much better execution of the idea.

Yeah, it's a neat addition to be sure. Just wish it was in better condition but it looks fitting the way it is now. I'll keep it , try it , and it has a good home.

Haven't used it yet as I have quite a handful of others ahead of it. I'll use it both with and without the bar. I'd imagine without it will be similar to other frame backs I have like this. With the bar I'm guessing similar in feel to a Rolls maybe. I'll find out shortly.
