Thanked: 45F.W. Engels in Orange Osage
I found an F.W. Engels with some broken scales on the bay. I thought it would look good in an orange one piece. I made a brush to go with it. Since I recently converted my brother to straight shaving I thought it would be a good Christmas present.
For the record, Pixel told me not to use adjustable pins on a vintage blade. I listened and pinned it in the traditional way.
Let me know if you need any help with shaving, honing, etc.

Thanked: 45I used a Jet Lathe and mainly this tool.
I'm not sure what it's called. It was a little ragged after that so I hit it with some 120 then took it all the way down to 800 before putting a finish on it. I saw Mastro Livi buffing his scales when he was done with them so that's what I did That guy's got so much wisdom.Let me know if you need any help with shaving, honing, etc.

Thanked: 61I don't like wood scales... Never understood why people like them... But this one has me rethinking that... Good work
