Default the insanity.. another unnecessary rescale dovo bismarck in horn with brass wedge

Well i like my silver steel dovo rescaled so much I wanted my bismarck (i received yesterday) the same way... but to make it a little more special I bought some 1/8 brass stock and hammered and sanded a wedge out... turned out better than I ever hoped... The pearlex scales were thick and ugly... these are sleek and sexy... Nothing crazy with scale design... just squared end (pretty much the only end i like)

I couldnt' stop taking pictures of this one... It's like when I did wedding photography and the bride is very photogenic... you can't take enough of them!

I dunno if i'm breaking the rules because this is neither a custom built or a restore.. but I just gotta post it somewhere

Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

"Customisation" is the word that comes to my mind. You did it and you did it extremely well.

Yeah me too... Spanish tips and square point can be difficult... I sometimes back the wedge up until it hits the tip when opening then finish the wedge and hand file 1mm at a time until it clears by 1mm..
