Thread: Red Imp #133

Hello again!

I've been busy since I've been on break from school. This is a red imp that I've had done for a long time now but never posted it because I couldn't get it to hone for some reason.. After having it honed by Sham, I decided to post it now that it is functional. It is an exceptional shaver by the way. I kept the original wedge, the original scales were brittle and broken to pieces.. Go figure right? I thought it was only fitting to replace the scales with a red color, in this case I chose G-10. I also etched the razors tang and tail leaving the spine and top portion of the tang polished to resemble more so how it came originally. See pictures. I wanted to add a touch more, so I added some red paint in the "133" and "Red Imp" stamp. I've seen it on here and I believe Glen and Max have done this. I'm happy with how it turned out and even happier with the shaves.

On another note, I had been growing out the fur on my lip for about a month and a half. When my boss saw when I came back from school to work, she told me it had to go or I could wear a beard guard. so I video taped me shaving it with this razor. I was sad to have to shave it and I miss it. For those of you who didn't see, I will also post the video if you care to watch it. Thanks for looking and as always, happy shaving!
