Default Jr.Torrey In Black Buffalo Horn

I just barely made out the blades maker as it was in bad shape.

This is a Jr.Torrey that i have never tried before so i polished it up and made a simple set of Buffalo Horn scales for it.

Now i just have to hone it up and see how these straights shave.

Nice big Torrey! Looks to be an early one. They can be hard to get going (hard steel!) so stay with it. It will be a good one as it shaves!

    I rest my case.

    Guys you were all correct.

It was just a little harder to hone but not too much.

After my finishing stone(Nani 12k) this this thing was popping hairs of my arms mid-way like a lawnmower.

Couldn't wait to shave with this brand as it was my first time with a Torrey.

    WHAAATTTT A SHAVEEEEE.

You guys new what you were talking about, effortless and smooth.

Just the weight of the blade did it's job.

This is one of my top 5 blades till now.
