7/8 Custom Bolsters G10 Lined Tail/Tang
Good Evening,
Here is a custom that I finished up for one of our fine members (Airportcopper) Custom stainless bolsters, worked spine, lined tail with file-work color matching resin filled for contrast. The scales are deep red G10 with jet black G10 accents. 7/8 grind old school measurement, with better than 1/4 hollow. Top of the spine is rounded. The finish is mirror, not imperfection free but very good. Bottom jimps. I made the stand from food grade lucite, stainless round stock and a couple of modified triple plate silver pieces. Ground the base top rim to expose the brass for contrast and painted the under side glass black for dimension.
Have a great week!
Best Regards Ken
