5 and 6 of 14
A continuation of two previous threads, http://straightrazorpalace.com/custo...-3-4-14-a.html, I have completed yet another American razor in pearl and a classic Henckels in carved bone. A nice L.Herder from Philadelphia will go well in the pearl American set and a Henckels #66 shall complement the bone Henckels 7 day rotation. Pretty nice blades, little pitting, so I mostly left them alone. The real work is in the scales and pinning/wedges. The box for the pearls is almost completed, so I need to move on. Speed is not of the essence, but I am approaching halfway!
Tedious work!

Seriously? I want ONE razor in those MOP scales, and you show off a truckload of them. Redistribution of wealth, 1%, and whatever other keywords are popular with the whining class. This is Sparta!
OK, I might have gotten carried away...

Thanked: 4828I love fancy scales in natural material. This project is amazing, along with the fact that you have managed to collect up all those matching scales. I have no idea how you have got this one together but I'm watching and loving it!

I'm thinking there should be a Museum of the Straight Razor. It probably should be located in Texas. Well, anywhere but the National Mall....nah, let's make it in Texas. Except then no one could shave with these things of beauty and utility.

Thanked: 498Once again Thomas you out did yourself yet again. Its so cool how incorporating different blades but using matched scales can create such a union that just screams "SET" or in your case 2 { 7 day sets.
Well done my friend!!!!
