Thanked: 2209Two in process hand made razors.....
Here are some pics of the 2 razors I started when I was at Spazola's workshop a couple of weeks ago. They are not finished yet. I need to order a 3" contact wheel for my belt grinder to finish the hollow grinding. They will be a 6/8 size when finished.
The steel is O1 given to me by Shooter74743 when he was at the Razor Meet.

Awesome stuff there Randy!
Question: The stone in wood behind the razor in the first pic. It looks mighty familiar to me!!

The work on the spines looks good. I really like how smooth you made the flow. Can't wait to see these finished. Congratulations.

Thanked: 1184Very nice looking razors indeed. I see lots of work there and definitely worth it.
Good judgment comes from experience, and experience....well that comes from poor judgment.

grinding is very clean, and I like the step up to the tang, excellent job.
Mastering implies there is nothing more for you to learn of something... I prefer proficient enough to not totally screw it up.
