    Default My 2nd Razor

I just finished my second razor yesterday. This razor is a bit shy of 6/8 and is made from O-1 steel with Zebrano scales. I pinned it with brass rod and stainless washers. The scales were finished with mineral oil. I have not honed this, but will send it off to Doc226 tomorrow, as I was super happy with the edge he put on the other razor I made. My goal with a future razor will be to more finely finish some of the surfaces and maybe eventually do some file work to the spine. My current goal is to make a clean looking, solid shaving razor and will save the fancy stuff for later razors.

Very nice razor! your goal should be to hone your own razor! There a lot to be said to shave with a razor you hone youself. Great work!
