    Definitely worth all the effort - that wood is gorgeous, and the brass accents it perfectly!

    Very nice. I am glad you saved those scales because they look fantastic and go really well with the razor. That CA finish really brought out the beauty of the wood.

    Absolutely gorgeous wood. Have you tried pen maker's epoxy for wedges? I have a 5 minute one and it'll glue metal to wood tight and fast. Your local woodworking store will likely have tons of it
    Let me know if you need any help with shaving, honing, etc.

    most epoxy I've used, including 5 minute, id recommend cleaning both mating surfaces with acetone or alcohol (unless one or both surfaces are not solvent resistant), plus scuff the surfaces, especially the metal well to give some bite.
