Very nice. I am glad you saved those scales because they look fantastic and go really well with the razor. That CA finish really brought out the beauty of the wood.

Thanked: 45Absolutely gorgeous wood. Have you tried pen maker's epoxy for wedges? I have a 5 minute one and it'll glue metal to wood tight and fast. Your local woodworking store will likely have tons of it

most epoxy I've used, including 5 minute, id recommend cleaning both mating surfaces with acetone or alcohol (unless one or both surfaces are not solvent resistant), plus scuff the surfaces, especially the metal well to give some bite.
