Default 2nd Resotration. How did I do? // Genco Registered 4/8

Definitely got a much more mirror finish on my second try. Couldn't get the tang as clean because of the shallow etching but oh well. I used the wet/dry hand sanding technique starting at 180 up to 2500 then polished with maggs. how'd i do?

Good job. Hone it up and enjoy it. The Gencos I have take a fantastic edge.

Nice and shiney, perhaps next time unpin the blade so you can get the tang to match.
