Thanks, that's very interesting. I've never managed to get my hands on a blade like this but I suspected they would be thicker than the often used 1/4" stock.

Were these huge razors primarily made for export to the states? I can't recall ever seeing one come up for sale here.

I have to agree with Wullie, since the blades loose the details, or maybe a bit less of a flash or even a HDR if you have the camera on the stand (since it can be fairly hard to make an exposure for the black and shiny silver blade together)

There was an W&B Anchor for sale on the Classifieds here about 6 months ago, right after I got mine darn it!

Digging that regrind, nice clean work!
