    Nice work! Great finish. How did you pin it? Looks good! If I may, a bit bulky for me, esp at the tang. Show us the wedge end!

    Thank you. The pins are brass. I will post more pics, ie wedge end, soon. The wedge is black paper micarta. A bit bulky for me too, now that it's done.

    The blade is heavy. I think I will leave the scales the way they are. They balance the razor well during the shave. I do prefer linen and canvas micarta and will probably return to those materials for future restores. Maroon linen and olive canvas are the current family favorites.
