    Default First custom

    Got my pheer grinder delivered Friday, spent all day Saturday getting it setup and making my first custom. Learned a lot the first go round and I'm excited for attempt #2. I think I need to temper higher/longer next time because final grinding and honing took FOREVER. It's 1070 steel, 1/4" thick, linen micarta scales, just a hair over 8/8 edge to spine.
