Thanked: 13246As you have already observed washers have two sides, a rounded one and a flat one, the best way I have found to come as close as possible to the Vintage Solingen pinning look. is to take two of the Small #0 SS washers and put them flat to flat with the rounded sides outward and then pin as normal...
Use "Metal" blades and they will last, G10 or Micarta will take "Wood" blades apart with a quickness...
Carbide last a bit longer too but not as well as Metal

Excellent work! That red G10 just drives the nail home for me. So smooth looking. I agree with sharptonn. If the logo could be put in that would be an over the top restore. Very clean an nice!
