Thanked: 859/8 Barber's Notch in Kingwood
Greetings everyone,
For your perusal, here is a razor I just finished up for my barber, Lou. It’s an O-1 tool steel Barber’s notch, with jimping on the top and bottom of the tang. The blade is about 9/8 at the toe, and slightly narrower at the heel. The handle is Kingwood, the pins are nickel silver, the exterior washers are stainless steel, and the inner washers are nylatron. The wedge is titanium, which I anodized to a gold hue.

Thanked: 2284If I didn't know it was a newly made razor, I'd have thought it was an old sheffield blade. I like it a lot. Your work looks excellent!

Wowza! I like it. I knew I should have become a barber when I was young.
