Thread: Rescaled Union Cultery Four Point in tripping green disco

So we got this gem of a razor from Manah at STRAZORS.com - all about classic razors - Home page for the Nephew in December for his Birthday to progress from the Shavette
he is very happy with the shave, it was received with & has held an awesome edge from the get go & it is very similar to his shavette in size & feel
when we go it we knew it had a crack in the scale at the pivot but thought we would see how it lasted with the intention of having to replace it eventually,
well 6 months along and the scale has finally gave way so told him to pick his materials & draw up his design for the new scales

this is the result this trippy little disco lights rescale
Scales are Acrylic Fluorescent Green to maintain a similar light weight & feel
pins & washers are Brass
reused the original brass thrust washers

I like the scales, they would go well with a blade of a similar funky design.

I just love bright colors!
