My Precious...
Over 2 years searching for one of these so I am not going to mention the manufacturer to prevent Google picking up on them, it will be our little secret
It is spot on 15/16 and is a extra hollow "singing" grind. It takes a edge with ease and the shave it produces is sublime, really incredible.
Neil Miller put me on to this after I asked what his favourite razor some time ago. In all that time I have only seen 1 other come up for sale and it was very plain and unusable.
I have not seen another with ornate scales infact I only know of 2 others one has the original plain scales and the other belongs to a member here who has re-scaled his.
Anyway, a huge thanks to Neil Miller for the history information and the inspiration, thanks to UKRob for the nickel silver rod and doomed washers and look at that gold plating that our very own Mycarver (Mark) done for me, he really done a great job on it... Thanks Mark
This is how it arrived.
And after a little TLC

What a curse be a dull razor; what a prideful comfort a sharp one
