Here is one Guillermo Hoppe 14, restored.

The Guillermo Hoppe SRs were targeted mainly for the Spanish market, as an alternative to the Filarmonicas. Therefore also the similar design.

The steel is German Zwillingswerk Solingen steel.

Here are 2 photos of it before getting restored:

It received some beautiful buffalo horn scales, horn and red acrylic spacer, and stainless hardware (screws). That after being cleaned and polished of course.

And this is how it looks now.

This one is my razor but it wasn't restored by me, but by a friend of mine.
It was one of my first good razors, and even now (I have around 20-25) it is also one of the most frequent choices in my rotation. Beautiful fabulous shaver!

And gorgeous restoration.
