Default W&S Horrabin and Wade & Butcher restore

Posted this in the wrong place yesterday, so I moved it. Just finished a W&S Horrabin in red horn and Wade & Butcher in ebony. The challenge is to make the two scales exactly the same thickness, then fitting the wedge. Learning something new with every pair!

Very nice ebony with the brown shading. Pins and wedge look first class. Nice work!!
To get my scales the same thickness, I attach a wood block (handle) to the scale blank and run it up/down a flat sheet of sand paper until the correct thikness comes in. A lot of elbow grease, but gets it done.

Both look great, but I particularly like the horn.
