Looks great! How do you like working with G10?

Its easy to work with, but you have to be careful because it has fiberglass in it, and its dangerous to breath, I do my cutting with a band saw and use a sander to get it to the general shape I want before using files for the rest, I do the cutting and sanding outside and file work mostly in my back yard relaxing in a chair or if its cold or raining in my basement. I never wear gloves but as a result my hands will get a bit on the itchy side, I do wear safety glasses and if there's no breeze a face mask.

I second the safety ideas and saving the house from bits of glass. I worked much of my life with G-10 for tooling and prototypes and I am still paying a price. A change of clothes after working it is almost a must and cleaning all seating in the shop required. One of the few jobs that I washed my hands before using the mens facility.
